I've used Ben Sweet and Associates a number of times, and I have his is the second time in 5 years that Ben Sweet and his team have done a great job for us and have helped us find the home that meets our needs and our budget. Ben lined up the appointments to quickly see over 15 places for sale in an organized manner compatible with our schedules. Before starting the places tour he asked us questions for him to better understand our motivation, expectation and future plan for the new home. At each place we saw, Ben pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of buying it, looking at it through our eyes and criteria but also providing the angle we may not have thought about. He is a forthright straightforward agent that we trust. When we found the home my wife and I fell in love with, Ben negotiated the sale price with our best interest in mind and he got us an excellent deal. As we bought the home from a relocation company, Ben guided us through their corporate addendum to the contract to point out our real exposure and make sure we were comfortable accepting or pushing back some clauses. Ben went the extra mile for us, for example he popped in the place we bought to make sure that the central vacuum system is properly working for us, and he inspected the place right before closing day for our peace of mind before transferring the money. Ben liaised with our mortgage broker and our layer to timely finalize the sale with the least amount of hassle to us. We are glad we found a real state agent like Ben Sweet and his team, we felt supported by him throughout the purchase process.
